We had a (winter) ball!

Headed back to work and school tomorrow? Well, here’s a little something to make you smile…pics from our Winter Ball and our teachers’ Secret Santa party!

ARE YOU MY SECRET SANTA????

“It was my third year experiencing a fun-filled Secret Santa exchange with Tudorka Tots. We get together throughout the year and it gives us a chance to know each other better.” ~Ms. Danielle

“I really enjoyed my first year with Tudorka Tots. I am glad we were able to get together with all the teachers for the holidays. We wished we could do it more often and decided to go on weekend hiking and picnic trips with our staff. Our Secret Santa was very special. Each teacher put so much effort into their gifts. My idea of making it a White Elephant turned out to be lots of fun.” ~Ms. Nancy

 Funny things are everywhere!

Happy Friday to our Tudorka Tots family! As you may have heard, we are getting excited for a very special day that only occurs once a year: Dr. Seuss’s birthday! Each year, Dr. Seuss’s birthday marks the National Education Association’s Read Across America Day. This year, the beloved Theodor Geisel’s birthday (March 2) falls on a Sunday. So Read Across America will be held on Monday, March 3. And because we are Tudorka Tots, that means we’ll be celebrating all week! At Campus Dr., students are encouraged to bring their favorite books to school to be read during a special circle time. Just make sure to label them with your child’s name! On Friday, March 7, this site will hold a Pajama Day to wrap up an entire week spent celebrating Dr. Seuss. Mountain Blvd. is looking for parents who are interested in becoming a Guest Reader during Read Across America week. Please talk to Ms. Crystal if you are interested in signing up! Children are welcome to wear pajamas or Dr. Seuss-themed attire on Monday, March 3, in honor of the day’s events. With that said, what’s your favorite Dr. Seuss book? Tell us in the comments on Facebook! Also, you can print this year’s Read Across America Day poster here! Have a great weekend!
